Through Stupid Simple Apps, I build beautifully simple applications that make complex tasks effortless.     Owex Labs is a DC-based Web3 Consultancy with an emphasis on political use cases for digital assets. Owex launched the first NFT in Congress with Congressman Kevin McCarthy. Owex also provides content strategy and creation for a variety of startups working in NFTs, trading and collectibles.

  3. Consultant - Booz Allen Hamilton

    2018— 2021

    Billy was a senior consultant on the Government Consulting Compliance (GAC) team at Booz Allen Hamilton. He analzyed 500+ DoD contracts totaling $1 Billion in award value. During his time at BAH he developed a daily newsletter that briefed leadership on regulatory changes in the FAR, NDAA, DCMA and DCAA.
